The Living Word Bible fellowship is a small deeply loving and caring fellowship who is passionate about helping individuals develop a closer personal relationship with Jesus Christ and follow Him in daily life. Studying the Bible is an important part of our Sunday gatherings. Our pastor’s messages have a strong Biblical basis of a very practical nature.

We pray regularly for each other’s specific needs as well as those we learn about from outside our fellowship. Needs are shared as they arise via text and during our Wednesday evening prayer meeting. We believe that because we have received peace and hope for our brokenness through Jesus Christ, we are called to stand with others in their brokenness and offer tangible assistance when able.

Anyone is invited to join us for worship. New people are welcomed to participate in worship services and become part of various regular activities and ministries. Many people linger following the Sunday morning worship and preaching for fellowship.

Our Mission

  • We are committed to being people of prayer so that God speaks to us through His word and the Holy Spirit. We are passionate to know and obey God, to call people to faith in Christ and to nurture them toward spiritual maturity.

Our Vision

  • As a vibrant, loving family of Spirit-led followers of Christ, we are passionately committed to touching this world with the transforming love of Christ.

Our Core Beliefs

  • We believe in the one and only God who has existed eternally as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in Jesus Christ the Divine Son of God, who by His death and resurrection conquered the forces of sin and Satan and atoned for the sins of all people.

Fellowship

  • We spend time together to know one another, to help meet each other’s needs, and to act in unity in conducting the work of the Lord.

Our Worship Services

  • Here at Living Word Bible Fellowship , our worship services are traditional but informal. We use a combination of hymns, contemporary songs and choruses, and scriptures during our Praise and Worship time.
  • The sermons are Bible based and practical.
  • Attire is modest and varies from blue jeans to business casual.

Missionaries

  • We support missionaries in Central America, South America and Africa through organizations such as Cru, Wycliffe and Truth and Hope. They bring the good news of Jesus, establish Bible study groups, and provide technology to reach remote areas in native languages.

Prayer

  • We are committed to prayer for our church, families, neighbors, and community. We pray as individuals, as families, and together as a church family.  In particular, Wednesdays are a time of prayer and fasting.

Bible Study

  • Try our Bible class – even if you don’t know much about the Bible but you want to learn. We study the Bible to know God and His plans for us.
